Oh that I could insert this gif image here in this blog, but alas, you will have to see it by going to Kevin Drum's blog with Washington Monthly, or to Resource.full. Kevin says that his mother got it for him and asked him to blog it. Yeah MOM!!!!
It's getting to be the destination of choice when looking to print media for news. Skip the front pages and go directly to page 20 of the first section. There you will find the tidbits that SHOULD be Page ONE, like the Bush administration release of Friday that admitted that crucial spending cuts to Homeland Security, Education, Social Security, Health and Human Services and Education are set to start AFTER the coming presidential election.
In other news, I suggest folks take a look at this RSS feed via XML:

It is a link to the feed of one of my daily reads through email in Yahoo. I added it to My Yahoo via a button on the actual blog's left column sidebar. Wilson's Almanac otherwise known as the Blogmanac is a terrific site for world news of all kinds. And Pip Wilson is quite the fellow to brighten your day, enlighten, and inform. The blog is a treasure, as is the Book of Days, link on the blog.
